  1. Visit the ‘Services’ tab to get familiar with the our packages & services that each package provides.\u00a0<\/li>
  2. Click ‘Book Now’ on the service you desire & think best fits your home\/listing.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. Fill out your information (Full name, Address, etc.)<\/li>
  4. Chose your service type Ex: Basic Bubbles, Extra Bubbles etc.<\/li>
  5. Choose your service. Number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens.\u00a0Please make sure you are choosing the correct level of cleanliness that your home\/listing is in to ensure the proper time is allocated to cleaning your home\/listing\u00a0Ex: Slightly Dirty, Pretty Dirty, Very Dirty<\/li>
  6. Select any Extras you would like to add to your package.\u00a0<\/li>
  7. Schedule a time & date that is available & how often you would like your service.\u00a0<\/li>

                          When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service! This is our most detailed package and includes EXTRA services we offer which you can add to any of our other two level of service.\u00a0These extras include cleaning: Inside oven, Inside fridge, Inside cabinets, Inside microwave and Inside windows(12) and tub cleaning.This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.<\/p>\n\t\t\tWhich Service Do You Recommend For First Time Clients?\n\t\t

                          An ‘Extra Bubbles’ is highly recommended for all first time clients by Clean N’ Dash. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard ‘Basic Bubbles’ package.<\/p>\n\t\t\tCancellations And Refunds\n\t\t

                          Cancellations will be charged 30% of the total cost.\u00a0Refunds will be refunded back immediately to the account used. Depending on your card or bank please allow 2-5 business days to receive payment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\tDo You Clean Airbnb?\n\t\t

                          Yes! When it comes to Airbnb’s reputation is everything. Investing in the right cleaners can make or break your listing. Here at Clean N’ Dash we specialize in getting those home cleaned and sanitized for the next host.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\tIs There A Rescheduling Fee?\n\t\t

                          We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.<\/p>\n\t\t\tHow Do I Update Billing?\n\t\t

                          You’ll want to head to your account page, and under settings select billing. In that section it’ll allow you to update billing, address of clean, and your current subscription.<\/p>\n\t\t\tWhat If I Want To Skip This Weeks Clean? Will I Still Be Charged?\n\t\t

                          No, Unless it’s within the 48 hour window. Within this two day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.<\/p>\n\t\t\tDo You Clean Any Outside Surfaces Of The Home?\n\t\t

                          We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.<\/p>\n\t\t\tWill The Same Cleaner Come Every-Time?\n\t\t

                          Upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\tDo I Have To Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive Or Depart?\n\t\t

                          You do not! Please make sure to notify us of any gate codes, keys, garage\/door codes prior to our cleaners arriving.<\/p>\n\t\t\tCan I Trust Your Cleaners? Are They Background Checked?\n\t\t

                          We require payment at time of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check or cash.
